Two-way NetSuite Integration
Pardot integrates natively into NetSuite’s Cloud-based CRM and ERP platform. You will be able to see all prospect activity within NetSuite and assign leads to sales reps. Once a prospect reaches a level deemed sales ready, that prospect will be imported into NetSuite as a Lead or, attached to an existing Contact record.
Each record will include a Prospect Insight heading, which displays key elements including score, grade, and activities such as:
- Page Views and Click Path
- Auto-responders / Drip Marketing Emails Sent / Opened
- Clicked Email Links
- Forms viewed / completed
- Search Terms (Search Engine and Site Search)
Placing all relevant prospect information into the CRM reinforces the sales department's use of the existing CRM system, while providing easy access to a prospect's online marketing history. All emails will be added to NetSuite as a Task, and will be attached to the lead or contact record of each recipient.
Information contained within NetSuite’s default fields will be exchanged bi-directionally to update both systems. If a conflict arises, the data contained within the CRM will be assumed to be the master.
