Trajectory implements CRM for TermNet in less than 3 weeks
A high-value CRM implementation, a customized reporting solution and a very happy customer, all in under a month.
TORONTO, ONT. - May 30, 2009 - Trajectory inc, the NetSuite solutions company, today announced that they had succesfull implemented NetSuite CRM at TermNet Merchant Services. In a remarkable 25 days, Trajectory moved TermNet onto NetSuite CRM in support of the company's goals to support their large referral network, while increasing the viability of their internal sales processes.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, TermNet is a leading provider of a wide range of merchant services and payment processing products. TermNet’s business was rapidly expanding thanks to a solid growth plan and a loyal network of referral partners. TermNet's partner's were generating leads at a very fast pace and eagerly seeking updates on the leads submitted. TermNet required a CRM system which could track and automate the distribution of inbound leads across their direct sales force, drive TermNet reps through the sales cycle and report back to their partners. All of these items needed to be accomplished within a compressed timeline and without fielding hundreds of phone calls.

Within a few weeks Trajectory had implemented NetSuite CRM+ for TermNet, customizing their lead distribution and sales force automation processes. Needing to service their hundreds of partners without the expense of licenses for each partner, Trajectory leveraged their Advanced Reporting Toolkit to transform the NetSuite Partner Center into a real-time reporting portal that was accessible to each of their partners.
Durng the implementaiton, Trajectory worked closely with TermNet's team, documenting the solution to deliver solution-based, contextual training on TermNet's NetSuite solution. The end result is a CRM solution that is the backbone of TermNet's sales organization, and a custom reporting solution that broke new ground for business intellegence in NetSuite; all in under a month.
