As the renowned leader in Internet recruitment, Workopolis provides Canadian employers and job candidates with unrivalled access to new opportunities and workers. Workopolis had quickly outpaced their highly manual and disintegrated business processes and systems. A large number of software applications needed to be amalgamated into one enterprise-wide ERP system in order to streamline Workopolis’ complex business processes, as well as the hundreds of thousands of job queries, orders, support requests and job postings that needed to move between front-end and disconnected back-office platforms for provisioning, customer support, billing and accounting.

Trajectory’s Business Cloud solution was designed to solve a wide variety of business pains and problems for Workopolis. To be considered successful, the solution would have to deliver tools and processes for the management of their complex item, pricing and discounting matrix for sales, to the automation of revenue deferral and revenue recognition management, better support and marketing to their customer base and especially company-wide reporting and visibility that would empower every level of management, and make it possible to enforce corporate governance standards. CherryPharm had lofty goals and a tight timeframe when they turned to Trajectory for NetSuite expertise. Needing to tell the world about the pre-covery and healing power of their all-natural cherry juices, CherryPharm depended on NetSuite as the backbone of their marketing and order management. With a national TV advertising campaign about to launch, CherryPharm needed integration between their website and NetSuite's webstore and order management system to keep-up with the anticipated volume of orders and visits.

Within weeks (and well ahead of schedule) Trajectory had successfully ported CherryPharm's website to NetSuite, configuring and integrating NetSuite's webstore capabilities. Trajectory also created a customized subscription management solution in NetSuite to manage CherryPharm's unique ordering and fulfillment process. When Front Door Organics (FDO) approached Trajectory in late 2008, they had reached a critical point with their business technology solution. Having selected NetSuite eCommerce to be the face of their organic delivery service, FDO was faced with crucial SuiteScript customizations that had been left unattended and a NetSuite upgrade looming. And with 90%+ of their business depending on their online order portal, the transition had to be seamless. Termnet

Client Overview

Termnet's business was rapidly expanding thanks to its growing reference network. With leads pouring in and eager partners seeking updates on the leads they had submitted. Termnet needed a CRM system that could track and automate the distribution of inbound leads across their sales force, drive Termnet reps through the sales cycle and report back to their partners without fielding phone calls. Add to this a compressed timeline and Trajectory is the natural choice.

Within the first 30 days Trajectory had implemented NetSuite CRM+ for Termnet, customizing their lead distribution and Sales force automation processes and rolling the system out their sales reps. New View Windows & Doors built a successful business providing custom doors and windows to building and remodeling sites. Having grown their business quickly on the basis of industry expertise and a unique business model, New View's growth was hampered by the lack of visibility and control resulting from a mix of disparate business technologies. Fast-Dry Courts Inc. has been building and maintaining tennis courts in Florida for more than 20 years, with well over a thousand courts under their belt. To drive financial and operational performance for the organization, Fast-Dry Courts first needed to sort out the critical issues they were experiencing before implementing an overall business software solution. The biggest issue was that they utilized different software packages for different aspects of their business — web store, CRM, warehouse management / shipping and financials. This approach made it close to impossible to get a clear picture on how the business was performing at any point in time and did not provide a scalable platform on which to grow the business. Additionally system performance issues and endless updates and / or upgrades were causing issues. Fast-Dry Courts’ cash flow and customer service suffered as a result.

As a start-up, Halo Technologies chose NetSuite to support their need to move fast and keep costs down while building up their manufacturing and sales operations for their cutting-edge vacuum product. Needing an immediate solution to support their early manufacturing and sales operations, Halo chose Trajectory to deliver a NetSuite solution implementation that would deliver what they needed today, while taking into account Halo's larger business requirements.

OHPStrategically situated amongst their traditional Enterprise legacy systems, Dow Jones Reprint Solutions relies on an integrated, on-demand ERP and CRM solution to manage their sales activities, order management and business critical reporting. The Cloud platform also furnishes business critical information to multiple departments and multiple on-premise systems through custom scripting via web services.

With Sales orders and billing details needing to integrate with Dow Jones Reprint Solutions' accounting and invoicing systems, and vital Accounts Receivable data returning to the source system for use by Dow Jones Reprint Solutions' Account Managers, data validity is paramount. MRP for NetSuite: Manufacturing Success.

OHP

Client Overview

X-Calibur Plant Health Company is the manufacturer of the revolutionary Plantacote, controlled release fertilizer. A product that helps plants to flourish, even in the most challenging of environments. Preparing to weather the challenging economic environment on the horizon, X-Calibur turned to Trajectory to leverage their NetSuite solution to gain better control and efficiency over their manufacturing operations.

Needing better visibility and control over their Production Planning and International Supply Chain, X-Calibur looked to Trajectory to design and build essential Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) tools, creating them as native elements of NetSuite. Based on X-Calibur's sales forecasts and available inventory, Trajectory created a Demand Planning report to advise X-Calibur's production managers on what to build and when. Essential for the efficient flow of X-Calibur's supply chain was the creation of a Purchase Planning report. Based on the demand plan and inventory on-hand, Trajectory's solution produces an accurate picture of materials to be procured, and when X-Calibur should place their orders with their overseas suppliers.

Graceland Properties manufactures and sells high-quality portable storage units of all shapes and sizes. Selling both directed and through an ever expanding network of dealers, Graceland's need for information and automation has grown alongside sales.
